Job Title: General Production Worker

**Location:** Boulder, CO

**Employment Type:** Contract (6 months)

**Pay Rate:** $25/hour

Schedule:

+ **Training:** Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

+ **Post-Training:** Rotating 3-4-4-3 schedule, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Production Worker to join a dynamic team in a hands-on, outdoor production environment. This entry-level role involves a variety of physical tasks and offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Shovel rock and assist with equipment maintenance

+ Operate sweepers and wash scrubbers to maintain clean work areas

+ Run clinkers for screening and crushing operations

+ Grease and inspect crusher screens in the finishing plant

+ Support clay feed operations in the clay shed

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization across all production zones

+ Grease equipment throughout the facility

Required Qualifications:

+ Experience in general labor or production work

+ Familiarity with hand tools and basic equipment

+ Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift (up to 60 lbs), and climb up to 60 feet

+ Comfortable working in varied outdoor conditions (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)

+ High school diploma or GED

Preferred Skills:

+ Experience with aggregate materials

+ Equipment operation experience

Interview Process:

Candidates will interview with the Plant Manager.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
