Job Title: Safety Manager
Job Description
This position involves overseeing safety considerations for a solar construction project at a plant in Ontario, CA. The role requires managing safety protocols and ensuring subcontractors adhere to safety guidelines, while providing daily on-site oversight and serving as the main point of communication between the company and the client.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee all on-site safety considerations daily.
+ Ensure all subcontractors adhere to safety guidelines.
+ Manage daily safety and QA/QC reporting.
+ Act as the liaison between the company and the client.
+ Conduct daily safety meetings.
+ Provide regular communication on project progress.
Requirements
+ OSHA 510 Certification, **required**
+ 5+ years of safety experience on a construction site or industrial plant.
+ Ability to conduct daily meetings..
+ Subcontractor management skills.
+ Safety training and management proficiency.
+ Quality control and quality assurance experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience working on solar projects is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
