**Location:** Denver, CO
**Job Type:** Contract to Hire
**Shift:** Rotating 2-week schedule (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
**Training Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Position Overview
We are hiring a skilled **Maintenance Technician** to support the safe and efficient operation of plant production and facilities equipment. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, working with industrial systems, and contributing to a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on production equipment
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems
+ Use power tools, hand tools, and multimeters for diagnostics and repairs
+ Conduct hydraulic system maintenance and HVAC-related tasks
+ Install and maintain industrial equipment including conveyors and motors
+ Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and PLC controls
+ Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair work
+ Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
+ Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting
+ Experience with preventive maintenance programs
+ Familiarity with hydraulic systems and HVAC components
+ Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
+ Skilled in using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment
+ Experience with PLC controls and industrial automation
+ Welding and fabrication experience preferred
+ Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems

Work Environment
+ Industrial manufacturing setting
+ Rotating night shift: alternating between 36 and 48 hours per week
+ Initial training provided on a day shift schedule
+ PPE required in designated areas
+ Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
