    Description

    Requirements – Bookkeeper (QuickBooks)

     

    + 2+ years of bookkeeping experience in a small to mid-size business environment.

    + Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) — including invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.

    + Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.

    + Experience preparing bank and credit card reconciliations.

    + Ability to generate financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

    + Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.

    + Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

    + Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.

    + Proficient in QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop

    + Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger

    + Ability to reconcile bank and credit card statements

    + Experience preparing monthly financial reports (P& L, Balance Sheet)

    + Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
