    Robert Half is currently seeking a skilled Medical Biller with 3+ years of experience for a reputable healthcare organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented billing professional to join a collaborative team and contribute to the financial health of a mission-driven organization.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities

    + Accurately process and submit medical claims to insurance companies, Medicare, and Medicaid.

    + Review and verify patient billing data, ensuring compliance with payer requirements.

    + Resolve billing discrepancies and follow up on unpaid claims.

    + Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts.

    + Communicate with patients regarding billing inquiries and outstanding balances.

    + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance guidelines, coding changes, and billing regulations.

    + Collaborate with coding, collections, and administrative teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum of 3 years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting.

    + Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.

    + Familiarity with EHR systems and billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Kareo).

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

    + Certification in medical billing or coding (preferred but not required).
