Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join an exciting team as a Maintenance Technician working on essential machinery to the production floor. such as Corrugators.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including sensors, relays, motors, switches, 480v, and 3-phase systems, while interpreting ladder logic.

+ Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of machinery, ensuring operational efficiency.

+ Engage in mechanical troubleshooting, focusing on bearings, lubrication, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.

+ Diagnose and repair AC/DC motors as necessary.

+ Install new or repaired machinery as required.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other work orders for specific repairs.

+ Apply lockout/tagout procedures as needed.

+ Troubleshoot PLC systems when required.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of maintenance experience.

+ Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, including sensors, relays, 3-phase motors, and 480v systems.

+ Ability to connect to a laptop and interpret ladder logic.

+ Skillful in interpreting electrical schematics.

+ Comfortable completing mechanical tasks in addition to electrical duties.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $76003.00 - $76003.00/yr.
