    Entry Level Production Associate

     

    Paying $17.60 / HR

    Environment / Shift:

    + The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level.

    + B Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday 6pm-6am

    + D Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 6pm-6am

    Responsibilities:

    + Support production to meet customer deadlines.

    + Perform light industrial tasks including assembly, inspection, and packaging.

    + Follow company policies and procedures.

    + Operate machines and tools safely.

    + Document work using basic computer programs (Excel, Outlook).

    Qualifications:

    + Adapts to changes (work plan, priority and management decision) in the work environment.

    + Supports improvement initiatives and participates actively to improve work environment (example 5S).

    + Looks for opportunities to improve work productivity and efficiency.

    + Able to work cooperatively in a team and cross functional team(s) as needed.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr.
