Job Title: Manufacturing Worker

Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Workers in Gray, Maine. Responsibilities

+ Engage in production activities with a focus on quality and efficiency.

+ Participate in bench work and seated assembly tasks.

+ Maintain a clean and static-free work environment.

+ Read and understand verbal and written instructions to perform tasks effectively.

+ Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions.

+ Demonstrated hand dexterity.

+ Basic computer skills.

+ Team player mentality.

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

+ Physical ability to lift 25-30 lbs, 2-3 times per shift.

Work Environment

The work environment involves bench work and seated assembly in a static-free setting. Employees work the first shift from Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm, with potential overtime until 4pm. The second shift operates from Monday to Thursday, 4pm to 3am.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gray, Maine.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
