             Entry-Level Production Workers in a Electronic Company Pay Rate:** **$19 per hour Shift:** **Monday–Friday, 3pm - 11:30pm Job Description + Assemble electronic components and control panels using hand tools and soldering techniques + Read and follow detailed instruction drawings and wiring diagrams + Handle wires, connectors, and small parts with precision + Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the assembly process + Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications + Prior experience in assembly, machine operation, or related manufacturing roles preferred + Ability to read and interpret diagrams and technical instructions + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity + Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
