Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description
The material handler will play a crucial role in managing the flow of materials within a high-volume warehouse. This includes receiving materials, allocating products, order picking, packaging, and data entry into an Oracle-based system. The role requires the use of forklifts, RF scanners, and hand tools for crating finished products. You will also be responsible for inventory control through cycle counting and maintaining accurate records of product movements.
Responsibilities
+ Receive and allocate products within the warehouse.
+ Utilize a forklift for handling materials.
+ Pick and package orders accurately and efficiently.
+ Perform data entry related to material allocation and product movement in the Oracle system.
+ Conduct inventory control through cycle counting and data entry.
+ Scan parts using an RF scanner throughout the day.
+ Hand package and label products.
+ Use hand tools and power tools to crate finished products.
+ Record all rejected or flawed parts in the company database.
+ Maintain a fast pace while walking and lifting products, with weights up to 70 pounds.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ years of recent experience in a high-volume warehouse environment.
+ Proficiency in order picking and packaging.
+ Experience with RF scanners.
+ Forklift operation skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 70 pounds.
+ Experience with power screwdrivers for creating wood crates.
+ High School diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with UPS or FedEx shipping is a plus.
+ Any type of shipping experience is beneficial.

The work environment is a clean, organized warehouse where you will be actively engaged in moving materials and products. The role requires physical activity, including walking and lifting, in a fast-paced setting. You will have access to equipment such as forklifts, RF scanners, and hand tools, ensuring you have all the necessary resources to perform your duties effectively.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
