Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our dynamic production team. You will be part of a collaborative team working on assembling HVAC units for commercial buses. Each team, consisting of 4-5 members, will focus on specific sections of the unit, utilizing a variety of hand and power tools. Attention to detail is crucial as you will handle small, medium, and large parts in an organized and clean manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble HVAC units as part of a team, focusing on specific sections.

+ Use hand and power tools efficiently to complete assembly tasks.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

+ Follow detailed written and verbal instructions accurately.

+ Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality assembly.

+ Work under the supervision of a lead and a line supervisor.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting performing assembly work.

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.

+ Experience working on an assembly line.

+ Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.

+ Strong mechanical assembly skills.

+ Familiarity with using tape measures.

Work Environment

You will work in a clean, well-lit, and organized environment with temperature control. The facility boasts a new building with an advanced breakroom, lobby, and offices. The standard shift is Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with possible overtime extending to 5 p.m. and occasional Saturday shifts. Employees receive a 30-minute lunch break and a 15-minute break every 4 hours worked.

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $35360.00/yr.
