    Job Title: Solderer - Up to $23/hr

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Solderer on the first shift from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, where you will perform all aspects of electronic assembly and assist in other areas as needed.

    Responsibilities

    + Free hand and through hole soldering of components onto PC boards for smaller sensors.

    + Placement of different components onto PC boards using work orders and blueprints.

    + Visual inspection of all components to ensure correct assembly and orientation on the board.

    + Basic inspection of boards post-soldering to verify the accuracy of all solders.

    + Hand assembly and mechanical assembly of products when the work area is slow.

    Essential Skills

    + 1+ year of through hole soldering and electronic assembly experience.

    + Proficiency in fine pitch soldering, through hole soldering, and electronic assembly.

    + Ability to read and interpret electronic blueprints and schematics.

    + Comfortable performing various tasks beyond soldering throughout the day.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with hand tools and hand assembly.

    + Familiarity with electronic assembly processes.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean environment, utilizing soldering tools to build boards. The role involves a mix of standing and sitting throughout the day, with sitting primarily during soldering tasks.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minnetonka, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
