    Job Overview

     

    Looking to start work fast? Join a dynamic team where you’ll operate manual and automated machines to help produce engine heads. This is a hands-on role involving part loading, machine operation, and quality checks using precision tools like micrometers.

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate manual and automated machinery

    + Load parts and follow detailed work instructions

    + Gather materials and tools for production tasks

    + Inspect parts using micrometers and other measuring tools

    + Ensure all parts meet quality standards

    What You Bring

    + Experience using micrometers and operating machines

    + Ability to follow instructions and inspect parts for quality

    + Comfortable with hand and power tools

    + Basic computer skills (typing, email)

    + Strong communication and willingness to learn

    Preferred but not required:

    + 6+ months of production experience

    + 6+ months of hand/power tool usage

    + 6+ months of computer use in a manufacturing setting

    Work Environment

     

    Expect a lively, supportive shop that’s relatively clean but can get loud and greasy due to engine work. You’ll work Monday–Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Fridays from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Flexibility and cross-training are part of the culture

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
