Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st shift Maintenance Technician and a 1st shift Maintenance Lead to join our team. The successful candidates will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining and troubleshooting CNC Brake presses, turrets, lasers, powder coating equipment, tube mills, and shears. The Maintenance Lead will also take charge in the absence of the Manager and effectively delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

+ Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC Brake presses, turrets, lasers, powder coating, tube mills, and shears.

+ Conduct mechanical troubleshooting involving hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, presses, etc.

+ Carry out electrical maintenance up to 480v 3-phase, utilizing voltmeters to troubleshoot errors, adhering to LOTO procedures, and understanding schematics.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics for troubleshooting purposes.

+ Troubleshoot PLCs using ladder logic.

+ As a Maintenance Lead, step in during the Manager's absence and delegate tasks as necessary.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

+ Proficiency in mechanical maintenance including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, and presses.

+ Experience in electrical maintenance up to 480v 3-phase, with skills in using voltmeters and reading schematics.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.

+ PLC troubleshooting skills, with the ability to understand, read, and follow ladder logic.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in PLC programming is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of ELKHART, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
