Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting qualified candidates through various sourcing tools. You will be responsible for screening and interviewing candidates, as well as collaborating with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments. Your role also involves building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads. Additionally, you will perform customer service-related activities and contribute to the community by volunteering with philanthropic organizations.

Responsibilities

+ Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools.

+ Screen and interview qualified candidates to ensure a good fit.

+ Collaborate with the Account Manager to identify top accounts and market segments.

+ Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and leads.

+ Perform customer service-related activities.

+ Participate in community service by volunteering with philanthropic organizations.

+ Negotiate pay rates with customers and stakeholders.

+ Engage in outbound calls and customer service.

+ Manage accounts and perform cold calling.

+ Handle outside sales, outbound sales, and order processing.

+ Prospect for new business opportunities.

Expected Compensation

Year 1: $60,000

Year 2: $102,000

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $75000.00/hr.
