Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in accounting practices and financial management, working closely with various teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor accounting controls in adherence to established policies and procedures.

• Conduct detailed analyses of revenue, expenses, and payroll data to support financial decision-making.

• Prepare and manage month-end journal entries, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts.

• Support accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, cash applications, and reconciliations.

• Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts.

• Collaborate with staff, operational teams, and the finance department to gather data and create comprehensive reports.

• Review financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to improve organizational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management roles.

• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and reconciliations.

• Experience with general ledger management and journal entries.

• Familiarity with balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.

• Knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
