Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented General Office Clerk to join our team in Camden, New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will provide essential clerical support to property managers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in administrative tasks and a keen eye for organization.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain office files and records to ensure easy access and retrieval.

• Perform accurate data entry tasks to support administrative functions.

• Scan and digitize documents to maintain electronic records.

• Provide general back-office support, including handling correspondence and scheduling.

• Assist property managers with day-to-day clerical tasks.

• Prepare and format reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.

• Respond to inquiries and provide information to internal staff or external stakeholders.

• Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure smooth workflow.

• Collaborate with team members to improve organizational processes.

• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.

• Proficiency in scanning and organizing files with attention to detail.

• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.

• Ability to provide effective back-office support in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with document scanning tools and processes.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
