We’re looking for a Hospice Volunteer Coordinator who can bring people together, inspire service, and help ensure that every patient’s final chapter is filled with care, dignity, and connection.

What You’ll Do

+ Recruit, train, and support hospice volunteers who bring comfort to our patients and families

+ Match volunteers to patient needs and provide ongoing supervision and encouragement

+ Maintain volunteer files, records, and reports

+ Track monthly volunteer activity and ensure documentation accuracy

+ Conduct evaluations, offer feedback, and foster ongoing engagement

+ Support team meetings, events, and community involvement initiatives

What You Bring

+ Strong communication and leadership skills

+ Hospice or healthcare experience preferred

+ Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized

+ Ability to multitask and prioritize with compassion

+ A genuine calling to serve others
