What are your contributions to the team?

+ Work with a senior assembler or supervisor to perform a variety of duties to acquire sufficient skills in the use of measuring devices: such as scale, protrusion/thread gage, fastener grip gage, calipers, micrometer, trulok gage, go-no-go gage, ball gage, and fastener height gage

+ Acquire sufficient skill and ability in the use of torquing equipment and follow all calibration requirements, in order to perform Class 1 torquing

+ Acquire skill and ability to install: castellated nuts, button head/flush rivet, blind rivet, and determine the difference between shear/tension fasteners

+ Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms

+ Discern quality of parts and materials used in production

+ Counting inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process

+ Follow company procedures and directives

+ Test finished products for defects

+ Maintain the tools used to create products

+ Perform other duties as assigned
