    The Role At A Glance:

    We are looking to add an experienced, skilled Application Support Specialist to our Trio Community Meals team in Pearl, MS. As an Application Support Specialist, you will support the team to ensure systems reliability, operational integrity, and ensure overall health and maintenance of our technology.

    What you'll be doing:

    + Training and mentoring team members on the use of continuous improvement methodologies.

    + Partnering with team to ensure web applications are operationally effective and users are trained appropriately.

    + Leading or participating in multiple projects.

    + Reviewing current business processes, operation metrics, and feedback on issues to support high impact improvement opportunities.

    What we're looking for:

    _Must-haves:_

    + Minimum of 5 years' experience with web applications.

    + Strong web application experience and familiarity (i.e. Salesforce, ClickUp, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Workday, Twilio, Hubspot, Palantir, etc.)

    + Strong customer support attitude.

    + Proficient computer skills including MS Teams, Excel, Smartsheet, Dashboard, BI360.

    + Patience and empathy mixed with a slight sense of urgency.

    + Ability to teach and train.

    + Demonstrated ability to relate well to individuals and groups with widely varying backgrounds and skills.

    + Excellent work record, cooperation, and organizational skills.

    + Ability to handle multiple things at one time.

    + Ability to travel up to 25% on average.

    _Nice-to-haves:_

    + Minimum of 1 year of experience with supporting and maintaining systems and corresponding data preferred.

    + Experience in a last mile logistics / home delivery company.

    + Experience with call centers and distribution centers.

    Compensation:

    The salary range for this position is $65-70k/yr. dependent on experience.
