    We are seeking a Bus Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the night-time and weekend cleaning operations for our fleet of buses. The Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that all buses are maintained according to company standards, and coordinating schedules to meet service requirements.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure buses are cleaned and sanitized efficiently

    + Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies

    + Inspect buses regularly to ensure they meet cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly

    + Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure buses are ready for service on time

    + Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed

    + Collaborate with management to implement and improve cleaning processes

    + Address any customer complaints or concerns regarding bus cleanliness in a timely and professional manner

    + Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Proven experience in cleaning services, preferably in a supervisory role

    + Strong organizational and leadership skills

    + Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment

    + Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management

    + Attention to detail and a focus on quality assurance

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred
