    As an Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist, you will build and nurture client relationships while ensuring accurate shipment processing and providing timely updates on order status.

     

    How you create impact

    Including but are not limited to:

    + Plan shipments in coordination with clients’ requirements

    + Ensure orders are set up accurately and communicated effectively to other departments and/or logistics service partners in compliance with all regulations and operating procedures.

    + Escalate all client issues to the management team as required.

    + Ensure accuracy of shipment documentation and compliance with all government regulations and QuickSTAT Standard Operating Procedures.

    + Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity

    + Good working knowledge of all Quick Enterprise Systems (QuickTrac,QuickOnline/RX and Quick Oasis), particularly:

    + All QuickTrac CS-related functions

    + QuickSTAT email program to include client email / contact group information updates.

    + Assist the Commercial Group (Sales) as required or directed by QuickSTAT local management team

    + To undertake any other reasonable duties / responsibilities at the request of themanagement team

    + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

    + Understand and embrace the company mission by providing the highest quality global transportation and logistics services for our customers

    + Ensure compliance with all required training certifications

    What we would like you to bring

    + Reliability and Dependability (primary)

    + Computer proficiency (MS Office or related programs essential)

    + Excellent time management skills

    + Ability to work successfully under pressure

    + Decision-making ability

    + Flexibility- must be able to work off hour schedules (i.e., other than 9-5 Mon to Fri) as well as some holidays when requested

    + Problem analysis and problem-solving

    + Teamwork skills and strong self-motivation ability

    + Good numeric / financial ability

    + Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

    + Planning and organizing

    + Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative

    + Excellent understanding of world geography and commerce

    + 22:00–06:00 shift, four weekdays plus one weekend day. Training will be Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00, for the first three months

    Preferred but not required

    + Air Courier or Freight Industry background

    + Specialization in Biopharm or cold chain transportation

    + Background in health care or Biopharmaceutical industry

    + Customer Service in related industries.

    + Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport

    + Clinical Trial Logistics including temperature control packaging, shipping and/orregulatory requirements

    + GDP training and qualifications specific to transportation

    + IATA Dangerous Goods by Air Certification

Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
