    Job Description:

DataRobot delivers AI that maximizes impact and minimizes business risk. Our platform and applications integrate into core business processes so teams can develop, deliver, and govern AI at scale. DataRobot empowers practitioners to deliver predictive and generative AI, and enables leaders to secure their AI assets. Organizations worldwide rely on DataRobot for AI that makes sense for their business — today and in the future.

Our Business Applications team builds a new class of agentic applications that connect seamlessly to enterprise systems like SAP to help organizations accelerate decision-making and execution across Finance, Supply Chain, Business Planning, and other critical functions. These applications combine SAP data models and connectors with advanced AI reasoning to deliver proactive, autonomous workflows that drive measurable business outcomes.

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Director of Product Management for SAP Business Apps to define, execute, and scale our SAP-integrated agentic applications portfolio. In this role, you will drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-ready AI applications that deliver value across industries, ensuring tight integration with DataRobot’s platform and the broader SAP ecosystem. Your mission is to create products that help enterprises unlock AI’s full potential in their most strategic business processes—while maintaining the security, governance, and extensibility they require.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with enterprise software products, understands SAP system integration, and has a strong grasp of end-to-end business workflows in Finance, Supply Chain, or Planning. They will have experience driving strategy in fast-growing technology companies in the enterprise space. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of teams, including Engineering, GTM, SAP Partnerships, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering to bring these applications to life.

    Key Responsibilities:

+ Work with partners and customers to define requirements for applications that deliver value in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Planning, and other enterprise functions.

+ Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build intelligent, autonomous workflows powered by SAP connectors and enterprise data models.

+ Partner with SAP ecosystem teams to ensure seamless interoperability, compliance, and alignment with SAP best practices.

+ Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product direction.

+ Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and GTM strategies.

+ Define and track success metrics for adoption, business impact, and customer satisfaction.

+ Act as a subject matter expert internally and externally, presenting product capabilities to customers, partners, and industry audiences.

+ Stay ahead of trends in AI, agentic systems, and enterprise business applications to guide future innovation.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

+ Strong understanding of enterprise workflows as it relates to a relevant field such as Finance or Supply Chain

+ Proven track record in enterprise product management, ideally with SAP-integrated solutions.

+ Familiarity with SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere) and integration patterns, including connectors, data models, and governance frameworks.

+ Experience defining and delivering applications that combine AI-driven decision-making with enterprise-grade security and compliance.

+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.

+ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
