Job Description
Provides support to the Annual Gifts and Special Events teams. Participates in developing and implementing fundraising events and activities. Interacts with various groups including committee members, volunteers, administration, physicians, business community members, Foundation staff and other stakeholders; works to build and reinforce a 'culture of philanthropy' throughout the organization.
Job Responsibility
+ Plans, manages, and coordinates projects and ensures project initiatives and timelines are met. Participates in fundraising activities and provides support for all event teams.
+ Plans, coordinates and conducts logistics for committee meetings and fundraising efforts.
+ Assists with the production of printed material - invitations, programs, brochures, etc.
+ Interacts with outside vendors to secure bids and monitor deadlines; supports direct mail team and manages vendor relationship.
+ Coordinates cultivation/stewardship events as needed; works collaboratively with Major Gifts team.
+ Attends and works team events; helps with committee member and committee outreach.
+ Arranges regular committee meetings and maintains related minutes and follow-up documentation.
+ Attends planning meetings; helps to develop team reports.
+ Helps implement the communication process for the annual appeal and direct mail program (maintaining logs, entering data in the application, updating suppression lists, formatting lists, addressing inquiries and providing materials as needed).
+ Interacts with various external vendors which includes overseeing printing and production process for material. Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification
+ Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
+ 2-4 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $64,350-$75,012/year
