    Job Description:

    Our client is seeking an experienced Data Architect to join their Analytics & Innovation Organization — a pivotal role in designing enterprise-level data infrastructure and expanding the company’s data-driven culture.

     

    As a Data Architect, you’ll be responsible for architecting and optimizing the Insights & Discovery Platform, collaborating with Data Engineering, Solution Architecture, Data Science, and Business Intelligence teams to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions using Microsoft Azure Data Analytics tools.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Translate business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical data models

    + Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and Delivery Teams to align with enterprise data architecture standards

    + Utilize Azure tools (Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake) for data integration and analytics

    + Maintain high data quality through audits and governance practices

    + Evaluate and recommend emerging data technologies

    + Support data governance, metadata management, and master data initiatives

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

    + 5+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in data or IT architecture

    + Hands-on experience with Erwin, Microsoft SQL, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing

    + Strong knowledge of Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Master Data Management

    + Experience with Microsoft Azure data platforms (Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake)

    + Cloud certifications (Microsoft Azure) and familiarity with Agile/DevOps preferred

    + Basic knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is a plus
