    Primary Job Duties

     

    This is a full-time position.

     

    + Supervise clerks to verify that daily tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner

    + Provide direction, guidance, and motivation for all parts personnel

    + Verify compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures

    + Reordering of parts, tools, and supplies for Maintenance personnel

    + Processing timecards, vendor interaction, and ensure shift coverage

    + Tasks assigned by manager

    Minimum Requirements

    + At least 18 years old or older

    + Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver's license

    + Have a High School Diploma or GED

    + Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

    + Pass a background check

    + Team player - work well with others

    + Self-motivated - be able to work without supervision

    + Detail-oriented and quick learner

    + Work under pressure

    + Evaluate and solve problems

    + Have previous Parts Clerk experience

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills

    + Evaluate and solve problems

    + Strong people and employee relations skills

    + Computer knowledge helpful

    + Employee must be in good standing without any disciplinary actions within 6 months

    + Available for any shift (including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays)

    + Starting at $17 an hour, plus supervisor override

    Physical and Other Requirements

    + Able to lift 75 pounds routinely, with or without a reasonable accommodation

    + This is not a Department of Tranportation safety-sensitive position
