    Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA) – $75,000 Sign-On Bonus

    **Location:** Select Baylor Scott & White Facilities

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Masters-prepared Anesthesiologist Assistant working under the supervision of a licensed anesthesiologist. Administers anesthesia protocols and ensures top-quality perioperative patient care. Supervising anesthesiologist remains accountable. ⚕️⚕️

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Administer anesthesia with focus on cardiovascular, respiratory, and metabolic health

    + Perform advanced airway management including intubation

    + Administer anesthetic drugs, vasoactive infusions, and blood products as directed

    + Collaborate closely with supervising anesthesiologist during induction, extubation, and unexpected events

    + Develop comprehensive patient assessments for anesthetic planning

    + Order pre-op evaluations and meds after anesthesiologist consultation

    + Initiate/manage multi-parameter monitoring (ASA monitors, arterial/venous lines, etc.)

    + Assist with post-op ventilator management and pain control

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Master’s degree required

    + ✅ Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA-C)

    + Less than 1 year experience acceptable
