We’re looking for a creative and strategic thinker to support our new store expansion efforts. The Facilities Designer role is responsible for developing store test fits, merchandise layouts, stockroom configurations, and schematic plans for both proposed and approved locations. You’ll help bring our brand to life by connecting product presentation with merchandise fixtures and architectural elements, ensuring a cohesive and impactful customer experience.
Responsibilities
+ Program Level
+ Work closely with Design & Construction, Creative, Store Ops and Visual Merchandising teams to understand their needs and create on-brand and cost-effective presentations.
+ Design and manage fixture packages for all store types.
+ Manages portfolio of fixture and graphics vendors and their inventory.
+ Develop and maintain capacity tools to balance merchandise assortments with available space.
+ Travel to evaluate implementation, drive innovation, educate store teams and gather feedback.
+ New Stores and Remodels
+ Develop layouts, merch plans, and fixtures plans.
+ Design/request permanent store graphics. Coordinate installation.
+ Manage fixture ordering, purchasing, and delivery logistics/communication.
+ Track capital and expense spending by project.
+ Support PM and Store Ops team during fit up and hyper care phases.
+ Corporate
+ Design permanent graphics for corporate locations.
+ Hire and manage print and install vendors for corporate graphics projects.

Skills & Qualifications:
+ Associate's degree preferred
+ 1-5 years of relevant experience
+ Strong MS Office 365 skills
+ Solid creative design experience and visualization skills
+ Able to incorporate end-user feedback into design work, and
+ Experience with or eager to learn design programs (CAD, Revit, or others)
+ Ability to create and communicate visual designs
+ Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
+ Basic understanding of construction, fabrication, and materials
+ Provide clear specifications for production partners
+ Provide installation instructions
+ Problem solver skillful in sourcing novel solutions to identified problems
+ Organized, self-directed and able to meet deadlines
+ Active learner, curious, flexible and collaborative
+ Budget oriented
