We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join our Corporate IT team. Under the general supervision of the Support Services Manager, the IT Analyst will provide front-line technical support to end-users, helping to identify, research, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

_This fully onsite role in Decatur, Alabama_

+ Troubleshoot desktop computing issues based on tier-one service desk tickets.

+ Resolve 2nd-line incidents and requests in ServiceNow, adhering to SLAs and ULA policies.

+ Deploy and track desktop hardware and peripherals per workflow standards.

+ Provide regular updates to users throughout issue resolution.

+ Diagnose and resolve technology and telephony issues; support new site setups.

+ Maintain local equipment and conference rooms to meet audit and safety standards.

+ Continuously improve team processes for efficiency.

+ Offer flexible support coverage and user training as needed.

+ Deliver daily/weekly reports and status updates.

+ Support and maintain conference room technology.

+ Conduct floor walks to engage with employees.

+ Manage equipment inventory and maintain accurate records.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

+ Enterprise-level IT support experience for up to 3,000 users.

+ Proficient in Windows 10/11, Office 365, and corporate IT systems.

+ Strong knowledge of LAN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP.

+ Skilled in hardware/software troubleshooting and asset management.

+ Experience with ServiceNow for incident, request, change, and CMDB management.

+ Background in manufacturing environments; familiarity with industrial controls (e. . , Siemens, Fanuc, Cincinnati Milacron).

+ Must meet ITAR requirements: U. . Citizen, Permanent Resident, or protected individual under U. . law.
