RGP is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to support our client. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a hands-on approach to managing financial data.

+ Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

+ Maintain and manage inventory records, ensuring proper valuation and tracking.

+ Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable sub-ledgers, ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.

+ Prepare and review the trial balance to support monthly and year-end close processes.

+ Record and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP and company policies.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to support audits and financial reporting requirements.

+ Assist in identifying process improvements and implementing best practices in bookkeeping.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

+ Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.

+ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

+ Proficiency in accounting software (e. . , Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics GP).

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote and onsite.

+ Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

+ Pay Range: $40-50/hour
