About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking **Lead Business Execution Consultant** within Corporate Properties.
The **Lead Business Execution Consultant, Performance Management** is a key support role responsible for driving the governance, performance, and contractual compliance of third-party real estate service providers. This role supports the execution of all vendor performance frameworks, including oversight of Critical Performance Indicators (CPIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and enforcement of vendor accountability through consistent reporting, analytics, and root cause remediation.
The Lead Business Execution Consultant will ensure vendors meet contractual obligations and continuously improve the delivery of services across a geographically diverse portfolio.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
+ Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
+ Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
+ Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
+ Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
+ Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
+ Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 3+ years of experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel
+ 4+ years of reporting experience
+ 4+ years of relationship building experience across multiple business lines
+ 2+ years of experience in one or more business intelligence tools
+ 2+ years of data visualization experience
Desired Qualifications:
+ Experienced with Power BI or Tableau
+ Demonstrated experience in Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level agreements (SLA’s)
+ Experience working with Third Party vendors driving savings and efficiency
Job Expectations:
+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule
