    Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Vice President to join our Product Management team. This role will focus on Finance & Risk aspects.

    In this role, you will:

    + Develop, evolve, and communicate the product area vision, priorities and strategy while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

    + Facilitate frequent collaboration between Lines of businesses, Finance and Risk teams throughout the product lifecycle.

    + Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals and performance indicators.

    + Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to communicate product area vision, strategies, and priorities while soliciting and incorporating feedback.

    + Actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals.

    + Identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across products and product areas.

    + Be consistently and actively present and in cadenced communication with product leadership and product area team members.

    Required Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of Finance & Risk experience

    + Knowledge of the Finance & Risk businesses.

    + 5+ years of industry related experience

    + Prior experience in product development or change management capacity as a lead or influencer

    + Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership

    + Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

    + Experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence & Jira

    + Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint) and reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau) skills

    + A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, engineering, math, economics, finance, or related field

    Job Expectations:

    + Ability to travel as needed

    + Willingness to work on-site in accordance with current office requirements

    + Ability to work additional hours as needed

    + This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.

    + Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.     Pay Range

     

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

     

    $119,000.00 - $224,000.00
