    Description

    • Lead financial transformation projects · Partner with cross-functional teams · Lead process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness. · Develop and maintain process for improvement · Create and enhance standard operating procedures while mitigating process risks. · Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance, trend, and root-cause analysis. · Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements. · Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities. · Manage ad-hoc financial projects as directed by senior leadership. · Deliver timely, accurate, and thorough responses to internal and external requests. · React productively to change and perform other duties as assigned.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) · CPA designation or active CPA candidate (preferred) · 2–3 years of progressively responsible corporate accounting experience (public accounting a plus) · Experience in retail, hospitality, or convenience store industries is a plus · Proven track record of process improvement and project management · Proficiency in Alteryx, Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, OneStream, and other BI tools · Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and analysis · Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills · Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
