    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated data entry specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in assisting with the onboarding of new associates following a large acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for project work that supports various HR functions.

    Responsibilities

    + Enter data of new associates into the HRIS system accurately and efficiently.

    + Provide comprehensive benefits support to new and existing associates.

    + Assist with special HR projects as needed to support the team's objectives.

     

    Skills and Qualifications Required

     

    + Proficiency in administrative support and HR support functions.

    + Experience in benefits administration and using HR systems such as Workday.

    + Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work.

    + Keen attention to detail.

    + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    + Capability to follow processes and procedures diligently.

    Work Environment

    This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The work hours are flexible, with the possibility to establish a set 8.5-hour daily schedule between 7 am and 6 pm. The position starts as a contract role with potential for a long-term opportunity on the team.

    This is a Contract position based out of Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
