This position requires exceptional end-to-end process management, proactive collaboration, and confident communication skills to own and manage complex workstreams, timelines, and resources. Using your deep knowledge of business processes, you won't just identify potential roadblocks—you will autonomously develop and implement actionable solutions before they become critical issues.

This role demands meticulous attention to detail to ensure flawless execution and accurate delivery. You will be instrumental in creating clear and efficient processes by developing and maintaining high-quality, executive-ready systems for project tracking and creative auditing, ultimately helping to reduce team burnout and optimize team performance.Responsibilities:

Driving and owning solid business relationships; fostering a highly collaborative approach with departmental team members.

Proactively managing the end-to-end campaign intake funnel, including tracking, assessment, and resource management for new and existing campaigns; setting and enforcing realistic expectations with all business partners.

Assessing business needs and priorities to ensure requests are kicked-off per agreed upon SLAs and balanced against internal and agency resources; confidently negotiating timelines and budgets when needed.

Educating business unit partners on cost savings opportunities and solutions aligned with marketing efforts.

Serving as the primary point of leadership when partnering with external creative agency teams to manage capacity and prioritization of work.

Reviewing business change requests and responding with clear schedule/cost impacts and viable alternatives.

Confidently representing and advocating for the CRM channel team in all interactions; taking the lead in cross-functional meetings to drive projects forward.

Building and meticulously maintaining resource and asset libraries (e.g., creative archives, project trackers) to an executive-ready standard, ensuring 100% accuracy and consistency for audit and onboarding.

You'll need to have:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business.

Three or more years of experience in a project management role in an external or internal agency.

Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, with a track record of taking initiative and owning outcomes.

Exceptional organizational skills and an obsessive attention to detail, with experience managing executive-level documentation or complex tracking systems.

Successful track record of project management in a marketing, advertising agency, or other creative environment, including digital and print direct marketing.

Proven ability to be resourceful and solve problems autonomously in a high-pressure environment.

Crisis management skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to confidently collaborate and proactively manage business expectations.

Strong understanding of the creative process.
