    Responsible for supporting the vision, goal setting, feature definition, and requirements, to deliver first class products to market for our users. Assist in defining the roadmap of our core systems. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $80,000. to $86000.

    What you’ll do:

    + Support Senior Product Managers on core systems.

    + Capture business needs, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and assist with keeping the backlog prioritized.

    + Support product backlog. Manage alignment and prioritization of new features based on business needs and product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

    + Assist Senior Product Managers define product objectives based on the needs of our customers and our business.

    + Communicate product’s performance to key stakeholders and executives.

    + Perform market research, collect and analyze user feedback to support development of new products, features, and enhancements.

    + Identify, present, and implement improvements to current products based on consumer activity and data collected through the platform.

    + Rapidly test and validate hypothesis with both qualitative and quantitative feedback.

    + Coordinate with various departments and internal teams to ensure project scope and timing are delivered.

    + Build relationships with customers and business users in order to build user personas and define requirements.

    + Coordinate with operations, training, legal and business units to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and industry best practices.

    + Assist in identifying new vendors to support our strategic roadmap. Evaluate vendors and provide recommendations for our ecosystem.

    What you’ll need:

    + Familiar with Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc...

    + Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL is a plus.

    + Ability to develop metrics driven, innovative solutions to achieve performance targets.

    + Ability to execute on delivery of complex solutions by defining a clear path for success.

    + Ability to ask hard questions, push for new solutions, and represent the voice of our users.

    + Working knowledge and proficiency in web analytics and prototyping tools (i.e., Google Analytics, Crazyegg, Invision, etc.)

    + Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

    + Ability to establish rapport, credibility, and influence to drive results working with teams from across functional areas.

    + Ability to provide creative thinking, thought leadership, and communicate effectively.

    + Must be passionate about building great products, posses an entrepreneurial spirit, be a quick learner, self-starter, and able to make decisions to best support your product goals.

    + Ability to interact with and understand our customers internally and externally.

    + Ability to interact with Senior Management and contribute to the definition of the digital strategy.

    + Ability to operate in a fast-paced, resource constrained, and dynamic environment under aggressive timelines.

    + Ability to effectively prioritize features based on user needs and their impact on our business.

    + Bachelor’s degree, military, or equivalent work experience.

    + One plus (1+) years consumer internet product management experience.

    + Experience and passion for building great products and delivering them to market on time.

    + Familiarity with delivering features across web, iOS and Android.
