    Transportation Coordinator (Earth City, MO)

    Position Summary:

    Work directly with sales team, customers, other Heubel departments, and other distributors to coordinate rental projects as efficiently and accurately as possible. Provide administrative support to the rental department. Work directly with customers and all Heubel departments to provide the best customer support possible.

    Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

    * Assist in daily rental operations in accordance with established operating methods, policies, procedures and state / federal regulations.

    * Work directly with the sales team and customers to locate rental equipment, determine correct specifications, and communicate availability and rates.

    * Administer rental invoicing processes and reports.

    * Assist customers with invoicing issues, issuing credits and adjustments when required.

    * Develop positive, long-term customer service relations.

    * Coordinate shipment of rental, used, and stock equipment.

    * Maintain records on all rental equipment, monitoring location and condition of all equipment at all branches.

    * Maintain filing system

    * Assist rental manager on various projects as assigned.

    * Assist in fielding incoming calls.

    * Various additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

    * Work with all departments to ensure quality of customer service.

    Ideal candidate will possess:

    * Experience working with DOT regulations and truck load transportation

    * Experience scheduling work orders in the industrial or material handling space

    Minimum Qualifications:

    * 1+ years experience with customer service/customer interfacing

    * Experience scheduling maintenance, troubleshooting, or technical services
