    _With over 30 years at the forefront of advanced machining, we specialize in Design for Manufacturability and Development services for the medical device industry and are hiring for a CNC Machinist! We're proud to deliver high-quality, precision components, and that means we rely on a team that's committed, skilled, and ready to take ownership beyond a typical machining role._

     

    **Schedule:** 1st and 2nd shifts BOTH available!

    **Pay:** $30-$42/hr base + additional bonuses

     

    _2nd shift offers 15% Shift differential per hr._

    Responsibilities:

    + Troubleshoot complex multi-axis CNC machines (Mill/Lathe/Swiss).

    + Perform setups and operate equipment to ensure part quality and process stability

    + Develop and optimize machining strategies, including tooling, feeds/speeds, and cycle times

    + Troubleshoot machining issues and implement continuous improvement solutions

    + Ensure compliance with quality standards in a regulated, precision-driven environment (medical device preferred)

    Experience & Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 5+ years of machining experience (Mill/Lathe/Swiss)

    + Blueprint and GD&T proficiency

    + Skill with hand tools and inspection equipment
