Job Overview

The CPT Design & Execution Specialist (DES) **serves as a pivotal architect and operational leader in the design, execution, and post-implementation support of complex practice transition strategies.** This role operates at the intersection of strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and change management, ensuring seamless transitions that align with organizational goals and elevate branch team performance. The DES partners with Market and Regional Leadership, Home Office stakeholders, and branch teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive long-term success in dynamic practice environments.
