    What You’ll Do

    + Lead, mentor, and support an exceptional team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

    + Foster a culture of compassion, collaboration, and accountability

    + Drive quality and safety initiatives that enhance the resident experience

    + Ensure compliance with DOH standards and best practices in nursing care

    + Recruit, develop, and empower nursing staff through education and performance coaching

    + Use evidence-based practices to innovate and improve care delivery

    What We’re Looking For

    + Education: Graduate from an accredited RN program (BSN or MSN preferred)

    + Experience: 2+ years of nursing or long-term care experience (leadership experience preferred)

    + License: Current NYS RN license

    + Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

    + Passion for teamwork, staff development, and resident-centered care

    Preferred Skills

    + Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    + Familiarity with Meditech and other healthcare management systems
