Job Description
Provides specialized support and coordination to the Work Control function. Evaluates and prioritizes work orders, service and maintenance requests and assigns to work teams in accordance with applicable guidelines and situational awareness. Develops an accurate work schedule and utilizes work control methods that support operational effectiveness. Communicates schedule updates with functional leaders as necessary. Monitors actual performance against plan and evaluates variances; adjusts schedule and operations as necessary, communicates changes and proposed mitigation plans to functional leads and site management. May provide guidance and direction to less experienced personnel. Coordinates work plan with other ongoing site activity, materials and personnel availability, and changing operational priorities; revises work plan and communicates updates as appropriate. Provides planning, scheduling and control recommendations and support to operational leadership. May lead initiatives or informal work teams as directed by management. Other duties as assigned.
Basic Job Requirements
High school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and six (6) years to nine (9) years related experience.
Other Job Requirements
Requires computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office or specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
