Job Responsibilities

As a DC General Warehouse Operator, you will join a highly motivated team dedicated to attaining operational perfection. Your duties will encompass:

+ Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming shipments accurately and efficiently

+ Selecting, packaging, and readying orders for delivery with precise attention to detail

+ Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively

+ Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment

+ Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed daily productivity goals

+ Assisting with inventory counts and participating in continuous improvement initiatives

Mid-Shift: Monday- Friday 11:30am - 8pm- plus overtime

Overtime required as scheduled on all shifts.

Mid-Shift Rate $21.00

Monthly Incentive Bonuses up to $5.50 per direct hour based on outstanding performance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

+ Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting

+ Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

+ Keen focus on details and a dedication to precision

+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills

+ Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs, on a regular basis

+ A collaborative and team-oriented approach
