Key Responsibilities
As a DC Quality Assurance Associate I at Ferguson Enterprises, you will be pivotal in preserving our high standards and guaranteeing the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your core duties will encompass:
+ Conducting comprehensive quality inspections and audits to identify and address potential issues.
+ Implementing and monitoring quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
+ Analyzing data to determine trends and areas for improvement.
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully implement quality improvement initiatives.
+ Training and mentoring team members on quality assurance protocols and guidelines.
+ Detailing and reporting on quality metrics to management.
Qualifications and Skills
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
+ A minimum of 3 years' experience in quality assurance, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to producing flawless results.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
+ A proven track record of successfully implementing quality control measures.
+ Proficiency in quality management software and tools.

Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 6:30pm with overtime as required
$23 (with shift differential) to start and eligible for Bonus or Incentive Plan.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
