As a **Lead** **AEM Consultant** you will make an impact as the primary point of contact for all domain-related queries and issues. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with management, team members and client. Experience specializing in **AEM support system engineering** frontend backend and authoring. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive innovative solutions in a hybrid work model. Experience in Core Commerce is a plus enhancing our digital transformation initiatives. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
We believe **remote/hybrid work** is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days a week in the client or Cognizant office. Role & Responsibilities:
+ Lead the design and implementation of AEM solutions to enhance digital experiences for our clients.
+ Oversee the integration of AEM with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless operations.
+ Provide technical guidance and support to the development team ensuring best practices are followed.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
+ Develop and maintain AEM components templates and workflows to meet business needs.
+ Optimize AEM performance and scalability to handle increasing user demands.
+ Ensure the security and compliance of AEM implementations with industry standards.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM environments.
+ Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
+ Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies in AEM and related fields.
+ Contribute to the strategic planning of digital initiatives to align with business goals.
+ Enhance user experience by implementing responsive and accessible AEM solutions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Required Skills:
+ Minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience
+ Possess extensive experience in AEM support system engineering frontend backend and authoring.
+ Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
+ Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
+ Have a deep understanding of AEM architecture and best practices.
+ Show proficiency in integrating AEM with other enterprise systems.
+ Display knowledge of Core Commerce is a plus.
+ Maintain a proactive approach to learning new technologies and improving existing skills.

The annual salary for this position is between $83,250 – $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
