    Technical Lead (Remote)

     

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions using modern technologies such as .NET Core, C#, Go, Kafka, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Software Development

    + Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using C#, .NET Core, Go, Kafka, APIs, MongoDB/SQL.

    + Adhere to defined coding standards and design principles.

    + Conduct unit testing using XUnit and participate in peer/architect code reviews.

    + Implement and manage ServiceNow ITSM solutions.

    + Ensure software meets performance, quality, and security standards.

    + Monitoring and Troubleshooting

    + Use tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and other monitoring platforms to ensure system reliability.

    + Identify and resolve software bugs and performance issues promptly.

    + Stakeholder Communication

    + Collaborate with project managers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to gather requirements.

    + Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

    + Ticket and Request Management

    + Respond to and resolve tickets and service requests using ServiceNow and JIRA.

    + Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.

    + Team Collaboration

    + Work closely with developers, QA teams, and IT staff to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

    + Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

    + Continuous Improvement

    + Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

    + Propose and implement enhancements to existing systems and processes.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    + 8–10 years of experience in software development.

    + Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, MongoDB, API development, Kafka, XUnit, GitLab, JIRA, GoLang, and Postman.

    + Experience with ServiceNow ITSM.

    + Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience in the healthcare industry.

    + Certifications in relevant technologies.
