    JOB SUMMARY:

    This is a Tax Specialist I position in the General Tax Administration (GTA) Program, GTA Communications Process, Taxpayer Education and Communication Team. The incumbent is responsible for providing support to System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX) end-users, developing operational communications, and editing or reviewing correspondence for plain language, clarity, and consistency.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    + Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.

    + One year of experience working in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX).

    + Experience editing or writing professional documents such as correspondence, job-aids, or presentations.

    PREFERENCES:

    + Preference may be given to candidates with experience managing SharePoint libraries.

     

    SALARY: The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $3,881.92 monthly/$46,583.08 annually.
