Engineering Technician I

We are seeking a motivated Engineering Technician to support the development, testing, and troubleshooting of aerospace electronic systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers to perform bench-level debugging, repairs, and modifications to electronic assemblies and test setups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and wants to grow in a high-reliability aerospace environment.
You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform bench-level debugging and fault isolation on electronic hardware, test fixtures, and prototypes.
+ Repair and rework printed circuit boards (PCBs), harnesses, and subassemblies.
+ Use multimeters, logic analyzers, and power supplies to support testing and troubleshooting.
+ Assemble and wire test fixtures, harnesses, and connectors per engineering drawings and schematics.
Qualifications Required:
+ High School diploma with equivalent military or technical experience.
+ 2 + years of hands-on experience with soldering and rework with the ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
