As an **Assembly Mechanic - Level 3 (FAA)** here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and maintenance of our advanced mechanical systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
You will report directly to our ISC Production Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Torrance, CA location on an onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our production processes, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Assemble and test mechanical components and systems according to specifications.
+ Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical assemblies to ensure optimal performance.
+ Collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly processes and product designs.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ 6+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
+ Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques and processes.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
+ Experience with reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
+ Familiarity with quality control processes and standards in mechanical assembly.

The annual base salary range for this position is $** **52,400.00/Yr. ($25.19/ Hr.) to $78,600.00/Yr. ($37.78/Hr.). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
FAA REQUIREMENTS
All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opioids (codeine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees, regular and temporary, in safety-sensitive positions, to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.
