    Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) for school-based roles in Oceanside, CA for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year!

    Position Overview

    + Location: Oceanside, CA

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday

    + Hours: 30 hours/week (6 hours/day)

    + Pay Rate: $25/hour

    + Requirements: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician

     

    What Does a Behavior Technician Do?

     

    Behavior Technicians (BTs) play a vital role in supporting students with behavioral, emotional, or developmental challenges. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), BTs:

     

    + Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

    + Support students in developing social, communication, and academic skills

    + Collect and record data on student progress

    + Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff

    + Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
