DESCRIPTION
Account Director is primarily responsible for all field and account team execution including Field Performance and Project creation and follow through across US and Canada teams. The Field & Execution Lead will act as the daily POC for the key client stakeholders across US and CA and work with the field team leads and internal operations lead to ensure alignment for program delivery against client priorities and goals. This role will oversee a team of account managers who have direct responsibility of managing liaison client (channel) partners. They will lead all program executions (executions/projects) from request intake, set up, and follow through – complete project management end to end. It is also expected that the lead will proactively recommend initiatives (define strategy) based on industry trends/knowledge and competitive landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Challenge and manage a team of in-field Market Managers as well as an in-house team of Account Managers;
Identifying venues and assisting in multi-market site selection and negotiation;
Negotiating and managing vendors to ensure flawless execution and ensure optimum return on cost;
Serving as the primary contact for National and regional clients;
Providing weekly status updates on program results/personnel, client program reporting and reviews;
Tracking and maintaining all event budgets, responsible for the bottom-line delivery of your project;
Crisis management - identify field issues and develop solutions;
Meeting the physical requirements – listed below

QUALIFICATIONS
Work Experience Requirements:
1. 10+ years of Field & client services experience
2. 8+ years supervisor / management experience required
3. Proven experience in client service, business development and overall program management experience (concept, implementation, and execution with excellence)
4. Experience managing a multi-market team of Market Managers/Event Managers
5. Previous experience collaborating with partner agencies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
1. Strong client communication skills (insight, analysis, and program reporting);
2. Solid understanding of social media tools and digital platforms;
3. Strong computer application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to work in a digital work environment.
